Dr. Riggs graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Spanish and minor in chemistry from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Riggs has an active medical license in both Oklahoma and Utah. He received a Certification of Competency in Interventional Pain Management from the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is a member of many organizations including the Spine Intervention Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and North American Spine Society. He has published many journal articles and has been involved in research to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care. Dr. Riggs joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2018.
