Jama received her undergraduate degree in biology from Oklahoma Christian University and her Masters degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is a Physician Assistant licensed by the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Her passion for helping patients with autoimmune diseases is fueled by the personal impact rheumatoid arthritis has on her family and loved ones. Jama has dedicated her career serving patients at Oklahoma Arthritis Center since 2001.
