Craig Carson

Dr. Carson graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in zoology from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. He then completed an Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Carson has an Oklahoma Medical License and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Internal Medicine and rheumatology. He is a member of many organizations including: the American Academy of Pain Management, the American College of Rheumatology, and the American Medical Association. He has published multiple journal articles, been involved in research, and received numerous awards of excellence throughout his career.

Sean Anderson

Sean Anderson

Sean is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with rheumatology and autoimmune disorders. Sean received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Belmont University and he received his Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Prior to joining Oklahoma Arthritis Center, Sean practiced at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Sean joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2021.

Amanda Bibbs

Amanda Bibbs

Amanda received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.  Prior to joining Oklahoma Arthritis Center, Amanda practiced internal medicine.  Amanda is a member of the American College of Rheumatology and the Rheumatology Nurses Society.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, family, and friends.  Amanda also enjoys crafts and anything Disney.  Amanda joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2019.

Eric Campbell

Eric Campbell

Eric received his degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants. Eric is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. He is a member of the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals, where he recently served on the Practice Committee. After spending 15 years in surgical specialties such as heart surgery, orthopedics, and neurosurgery, Eric began serving the patients of Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2011.

Mary Denton

Mary Denton

Mary is a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner and nationally certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is licensed to practice in Arizona and Oklahoma. She received her DNP from Augsburg University in 2020 with a focus on transcultural nursing leadership in providing care to disparaged and indigenous populations. She received her undergraduate baccalaureate, masters of Science, and nurse practitioner training from University of Missouri, Kansas City in 2000. She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Society for academic excellence. She gained experience in bone marrow transplant for 15 years and in rheumatology for 7 years recently moving to Oklahoma in 2022 to join OAC. Mary has an interest in combining complimentary exercise routine in the treatment plans of her patients to maintain joint flexibility to reduce related disabilities. She has a pending publication for the IRB approved pilot study results about Restorative Yoga Therapy in Arthritis in the Journal of Holistic Nursing as well as other nursing journal publications.

Michelle Dockray

Michelle Dockray

Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern State University and her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, is bilingual in Spanish and loves serving this population. Michelle serves both adults and pediatrics at Oklahoma Arthritis Center. Prior to Oklahoma Arthritis Center, Michelle worked in the Neuro/Trauma ICU. Michelle is a member of the American College of Rheumatology and the Rheumatology Nurses Society. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young boys. Michelle joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2022.

Jocelyn Eslick

Jocelyn Eslick

Jocelyn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma.  She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Graceland University in Independence, MO.  She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology and the Rheumatology Nurses Society.  In her spare time, Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her two children.  She also enjoys playing sand volleyball and golf.  Jocelyn joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2019.

 

Sylvie Fisher

Sylvie Fisher

Sylvie is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of patients of all ages with rheumatic diseases and autoimmune disorders. She received a Bachelor’s in Biology from Rhode Island College in Providence, RI, and a Master’s in PA studies from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR, where she then worked in emergency and observation medicine for a few years. She is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of PAs, and the Association of Rheumatology Professionals. She is interested in personalized care, as well as taking a holistic approach to healthcare that takes the whole person into account, with the use of multimodal treatment options that integrate conventional medications and procedures, nutrition, exercise, and various alternative therapies. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, outdoors activities, crafts, and spending time with her family and animals. She joined OAC in 2023. 

Graciela Gallardo

Graciela Gallardo

Dr. Gallardo received her medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires School of Medicine in Argentina. After medical school, she completed a residency, and became board certified, in Ophthalmology. Dr. Gallardo moved back to the United States and completed a residency in Family Practice at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American College of Rheumatology, the Oklahoma State Medical Association, and the Ophthalmic Photographer’s Society. After 6 years of treating patients with chronic pain conditions, including arthritis, spinal conditions, fibromyalgia and migraines among others, Dr. Gallardo joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2016.

Cindy Hagan

Cindy received her Master of Health Science degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center where she graduated with honors. Cindy is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Association of Physician Associates. She has volunteered at Integris Baptist Hospital Emergency Room and United Way as a counselor. Cindy has been a licensed Physician Assistant at Oklahoma Arthritis Center since 2002.

Leslie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.  She received her Master of Science degree in Pediatric Nursing from Stony Brook University in Long Island, NY.  Leslie is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.  She specializes in diagnosing and treating children and adolescents with rheumatology and other autoimmune disorders.  Prior to joining Oklahoma Arthritis Center, Leslie spent the last eight years in a Children’s Hospital providing comprehensive rheumatology and autoimmune care to pediatric patients.  Leslie enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and children.  Leslie joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2020.

Emily John

Emily received her Master of Health Science degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Oklahoma State University. During her Physician Assistant training, Emily spent a five week clinical rotation with Oklahoma Arthritis Center and developed a love of rheumatology. Emily is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants and the Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals. Emily joined the Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2016.

Ana A. Kumar

Dr. Kumar received a degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. She received her medical degree from the University of the West Indies. Dr. Kumar’s post-doctoral training included a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and a rheumatology mentorship at Oklahoma Arthritis Center. She is board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Medical Association, the Oklahoma State Medical Association, the American Association of Family Practice, the Physician Member of the American College of Rheumatology, and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin. Dr. Kumar has been practicing rheumatology at Oklahoma Arthritis Center since 2004.

Sheril Mathew

Sheril completed her Master of Science in Adult Gerontology Primary Care from New York University and is board certified in Adult Gerontology Primary Care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Sheril is originally from New York, where she spent five years as a registered nurse at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in hospice and acute geriatric/transitional care. Sheril joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2015 when she moved to Oklahoma City.

Keshav Panday

Keshav Panday

Dr. Panday graduated from Kathmandu Medical College in Kathmandu, Nepal. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He then completed a fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Dr. Panday is board certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology and is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Panday is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Nepal Medical Council, the Nepal Medical Association, and the American Nepal Medical Foundation. Dr. Panday joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2017.

Stephanie Pennie

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Oral Roberts University. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Maryville University of St Louis. She is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to joining Oklahoma Arthritis Center, Stephanie spent 10 years as an infusion nurse at a Rheumatology office. She is fluent in American Sign Language. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, crafting, and is an amateur beekeeper. Stephanie joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2022.

Tosha received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, MA. In her spare time, Tosha enjoys spending time with her family. She is passionate about rural healthcare and is excited to provide rheumatology care in Western Oklahoma. Dr. Riggs graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Spanish and minor in chemistry from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Riggs has an active medical license in both Oklahoma and Utah. He received a Certification of Competency in Interventional Pain Management from the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is a member of many organizations including the Spine Intervention Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and North American Spine Society. He has published many journal articles and has been involved in research to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care. Dr. Riggs joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2018.

Jonathan Robinson

Jonathan Robinson

Dr. Robinson is an Oklahoma City native. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas. He earned his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in St. Kitts and then completed his medical residency at the University of North Dakota. Dr. Robinson is trained to treat a broad range of rheumatology conditions, administer joint and trigger point injections, and perform simple skin procedures. Dr. Robinson joined Oklahoma Arthritis Center in 2021.

Shawna Seelbach started working for Oklahoma Arthritis in 2005 as an LPN and fell in love with rheumatology and the vision of Oklahoma Arthritis Center. She received her bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2012. Shawna continued on to the University of South Alabama, receiving her masters in 2017. Shawna is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American College of Rheumatology and the Rheumatology Nurses Society.

Dr. Zacharias received her BS from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She received her medical degree from the University of the West Indies. Dr. Zacharias completed her residency at the University of Virginia Roanoke-Salem Program and her Rheumatology fellowship training at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She is also certified by the International Society for Clinical Densitometry in Bone Densitometry and the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates. Her professional memberships include: the American College of Rheumatology, the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, the American Medical Association, and the American College of Physicians. She also has experience in clinical trials and sub-investigator research. Dr. Zacharias has been with Oklahoma Arthritis Center since 2007.
